Interview
The interview process was very quick and smooth. I was contacted a couple of days after submitting my application, then I was required to complete a quick online test to show my Customer Service skills. After passing that, I was called to a physical interview at the office. The interview was very insightful. Within a week, I heard back from them with a job offer.

Online test – mostly sample cases to test how you think and how you would handle real life situations
Interview - a lot of technical & practical questions as they want to know how you would operate in designated situations. The interviewers were open to having the interview a two-way conversation which I really appreciated
I had one phone call screening, and two subsequent interviews with two different employees of the company. Communication in and between interviews were informative and timely, giving you a timeline of the application process to work with.
