The interview process was very thorough. I met with some great leaders and received feedback while interviewing. I will be sure to interview with Comcast again. This is a great company. Love the benefits, love the workplace environment and happy to be working for the company.

I was contacted by a recruiter by email to answer additional questions such as past and current salary and expected salary range; and reason for leaving previous employers. They also asked me to explain my employee relations experience in detail.
Recruiter located in the Pittsburgh area was rude and not friendly at all. This is a testament to the quality of Customer Care you receive as a Customer

Applied through a referral and through LinkedIn. Got an email to schedule interview with an out of state recruiter. Second interview scheduled with the director after 3 weeks of follow up. Director spoke to me for about 30 minutes; no questions were asked. When I asked if he had any questions for me, he would schedule another interview with questions later. After 5 weeks of follow up, I never heard back.
