I interviewed 3 time in person. All of the interviews were very relaxed, more of a “get to know you” feel and less structured questions. Much better than other employers who are just reading from a script and are forced to rank each answer.

You can expect the usual questions such as why do you want to work here, etc. what they seem to do though is they continue asking questions based on the answers given rather than moving onto something else.
