Process was straight forward. First round with the hiring manager. Second round was back-to-back short interviews with peers; senior managers / directors. Each had a very different perspective on what 'analytics' was.

Questions were primarily about experimental design; about 80%. The other 20% was related to econometrics and variable considerations.
