In was a panel of (3) Line Tech supervisors running the interview. It was fairly simple and painless and lasted only 15-20 minutes. There were questions ranging from character to technical (not too extreme). Overall I felt it was a moderate interview. You did have to do the usual "sell yourself" and also have to some knowledge of the position. Like, name 3-4 test you run on your meter, What is the upstream spectrum? What is Ohm's Law?

This is a 6 to 8 week process, applicants will apply on line. if you are considered for a position there will be a drug screen. and there is usually a second interview.
