Very short. The position was not as described in the ad or on the website. The interview was over the phone and ended quickly because of that. I was not very pleased to have been informed of that

The interview process was very professional, clearly stated expectation, goals. Had to go through 2 step processes and do a qualification test. Overall questions were pretty straight forward, come dressed professionally and ready to speak about yourself and past experience

Met recruiter at job fair, forwarded me on to recruiter from another state for phone interview, then a face to face with someone locally. Also did job assessment during the process. Got automatic email saying I wasn't selected due to failing the assessment, none of the 3 people I talked to called me personally to let me knwo.
