Herd you in to waiting room with other interviewees. Call you in one by one for interview with two people. Ask you about yourself and why you want to work for the company. Then proceed to tell you over and over how horrible the job is and ask if you can deal with it. Once you finish that interview you do the same interview again with two higher ups.
