I attended a Job Fair Run by the Company, Interviewed on the spot by three different Managers and a Floor Supervisor .It went well and I was Hired on the spot. Most interviews start with an outside company that screens the individual, runs tests, background checks, and referrals. Then they are interviewed by a group of four Company Supervisors.
