Interview
It was a strange process. They emailed me a link to a video self-paced interview where they give you a prompt and you record your answer. On one hand, it is nice because you get a couple of chances to rerecord, but it removed the personal aspect out. They also took 2 months to respond back after I submitted the interview.

I can't remember them all but I think one of them was to say what it means to be an ethical person or what I thought equality means. Something like that.
Video screening where I was asked to answer 4 questions. You can retake your interview answers and are able to complete the interview at any point within the required response schedule.

How would you describe your professional demeanor?
Interview focused on cultural questions and knowledge of industry / telecom. I found it helpful to prep by listening to earnings calls and read up on trends in telecom and media.
