Interview
I submitted an application online to a the Comcast site.
The next day a recruiter call with a screening interview, advised about next steps, in person group interview that filtered into a panel interview, the managers where very nice. I was nervous, but they understand and really need people. So have confidence and just be yourself. I was call back very soon after the interview and offered the position, the process was very informative and answered all my questions.

Interview
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

Question 1
How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
