started with a phone interview, then a walk through of the facility. met the other technicians and was able to ask questions. first company to give me an information sheet on the position. they had me do a test (apparently most applicants say they have skills but dont) then on to a panel interview. lots of questions. Good experience, but they chose not to hire me.
