First 1:1 interview was for job described in posting, consisted of skills test, knowledge of the industry and specific job, personality questions, longevity questions. Received positive communication and was asked to return for a group interview.
Second interview was with owner and primary shareholder. Interview was to inform me that the position they were considering me for wasn't an editing position but management. Interview consisted of personality, role-playing, management methods, and brain storming ideas for growing the brand.
Received a call with offer 5 hours later.
Accepted immediately.
