Coloplast Senior Design Engineer interview questions

Initial meeting on site (informal chat with department head) An on-line test had to be filled in before the next meeting. Second meeting with department head, one department director, HR rep, Lead Engineer. The interview lasted about 1½ hours I was well prepared with loads of examples of my work (55 pages ppt of scannned work) and loads of physical parts (plastic, metal e.t.c.) Some of the time was spent talking about the sort of work I would be doing The HR part was the toughest, it lasted over 20 minutes
