Not difficult. A lot of behavioral questions about a time you had a conflict with someone and how you went to solve it, why you think you are a good fit for this company.
Mainly behavioral questions: why Collins, hardest engineering challenge, how you approach work, etc. The team took about 1-2 months to get back to me with an offer. There were no technical questions.

Had one interview at career fair, resume was transferred to recommended sites. Had two behavioral interviews with hiring manager and 2 engineers. About a week later was offered a position.
