Although the interview process included multiple rounds of interviews, it was pretty seamless!
The first round included a phone screen with the TA Specialist, who provided an overview of the role and clearly explained the recruitment process. She was very quick to provide feedback and I appreciated her regular communication and follow-up by phone (which felt more personal than email). The next round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager, which consisted of an open and honest dialogue. The final round of interviews took place via Skype, and allowed for meetings with four other employees (each meeting lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour). By the end of the interview process, I felt I had a good sense of Colliers' culture, as well as expectations for the position.
I had a very positive candidate experience with Colliers and was impressed by the speed at which I received feedback on each round of interviews. I was never in the dark and was kept up to date on the recruitment process through each stage.
