I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Colliers (Singapore)
Interview
Interviewed in Singapore by two EDs, very friendly process. Asked about myself and seemed genuinely interested in what makes me tick. Very different from what bank interviews are like, no technical questions or "Iq" tests. Only one interview round, felt that they were more interested in finding the right fit that they will feel comfortable working together with
Quick 30 minute screening call (no zoom for round 1) , asked basic questions about interest in the industry, coursework, and other questions to judge soft-skills. Overall pretty easy, and interviewer was very nice throughout the whole interview.
