Interview
The video interview was scheduled for an hour. The hiring manager was well-prepared and asked detailed questions about my previous experience, particularly focusing on my work. We discussed specific projects I had worked on, my problem-solving approach, and how I handled challenges in the field.
Excellent - HR person was organized in setting things up and the people I interviewed with were prepared and professional. I declined because I felt like the job wasn't a good fit for me but I think I would have enjoyed working with the folks there.
