A couple of Skype and in person interviews/information sessions. There were around 5-10 questions you were to answer and submit. There was an online test to see if you have the personality to run a business. Lost of opportunity to ask questions, lean about the experience and build a small business plan before you fully commit to anything.

I spoke with the recruiting manager about the job and set up an interview. I then went through a series of three interviews with three different people before they offered me the franchise.

Interview
It was a good experience. The questions were focused on why you want to do the role and what you want to get out of it and how you can use that knowledge for something in the future. It was not a tough interview.
