Interview process was kind of clunky didn't seem like they had a real set standard. The team was kind, but it seemed disorganized. I met with 4 different levels of employees and they all described the role and expectations very differently.

Interview
I spoke with the Customer Service Associate and the owner during my interview. I was on location for three hours as it turned into an orientation of sorts. I wish that had been made known to me prior to the interview process as I would've planned that day differently.
