Thanks for your review. Im sorry that you had a negative experience. I know that we have received negative feedback on the rigor of our interview process but i am surprised by the particular feedback here as I do make sure to close loops with all candidates. I don't see how you could have been ghosted but if it did happen, I am very sorry for that. I do recall joining the originally scheduled call and waiting as well but that there was nobody on the line. I assumed there was a technical issue that did not connect you on the hangout meet link to the dial in # that i was on (as indicated in the event information), this was my guess but my IT knowledge is limited. Again, i apologize for your negative experience and will look back to see how we can improve moving forward.
