Interview
Two 30 minute segments: one with your hiring manager, the other with an HR representative.
All questions were behavioral. Prepare examples for the common interview questions asked. Be ready to talk about your resume. Both employees were very professional, and listened well. Try to answers examples clearly and concisely. They mentioned, I would hear back in two weeks.

It was about 45 minutes long with both of us first introducing ourselves, then moving on to the actual interview part. There were 4 start questions total with others being more straight forward

I was referred by a friend who was currently interning at Colgate at the time. HR rep contacted me and I was invited to do an online interview recording. The questions were very basic relating to qualifications and interest in the position. After, I was invited to do a virtual interview with a hiring manager.
