I received a Phone call and was screened. Then had face to face interview and was called back 3 days later after they had called my references. Seemed a little disorganized.

What do you like about Coffee? Availability? Customer service questions
the interview process was casual and straightforward. They asked the usual industry questions. There was room for questions at the end and you got to have a free drink while you interviewed.
