I am sure this differs depending on the office you are interviewing with. I would say the interview process was pretty typical with what you see with other law firms.
Usually you will speak with a number of people. Questions will vary based on getting to know you as well as technical. They also want to know whether you are willing to litigate.

Organized and efficient. Hiring attorney extremely pleasant. Answered all of my questions quickly and responsively. Many offices to choose from across the state of Florida. Great practice areas of interest to me. I have colleagues who currently work there and are happy with their firm experience.
