I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Coldwell Banker (Irving, TX) in Feb 2011
Interview
No brainier if you have areal estate license you're hired think of the interview process more of a negotiation. You are trying to get the highest commission rate possible for yourself, they may try to tell you since they have the bigger name that you deserve a lower commission and they should get a higher cut of YOUR commission. Don't go for it people will work with you because they want to work with you point blank period it doesn't matter if you have a huge franchise behind you or a mom and pops shop. Don;t let the interview fool you, you will be paying your office fee just like everyone else you are basically paying the brokerage to employ you think of it that way and do not let them swindle you out of your hard earned commission.
I interviewed at Coldwell Banker (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Simple, had some questions but I was looking to join a team so the onboarding went very smoothly. The entire process probably took a month to get fully onboarded, but I appreciated the support staff being there to help with all my questions.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Coldwell Banker (Warner Robins, GA)
Interview
Interview process is easy. Asked if I was interested in working full or part time. Explained what to expect, explained their %cut%, and who I would shadow. I was a fairly new agent at the time, and unfortunately, it didn't hold true to the shadowing part. I was thrown in the water, which hind site was probably the best way to learn....quickly.
