3 steps, starting with SparkHire, then talking to the recruiter, then a live interview with two different professionals. Laid back, calm, and fun. I would recommend completing the SparkHire as soon as you can.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They looked at my resume and asked about my experience in case competitions, specifically how that helped me build my skills in business-related aspects
One Hire view ( asked when you'll meet cpa requirements, if you took intermediate accounting, why audit, if you live within a reasonable commute, etc.) and a phone screening, then 2 (30 min interviews). They were nice.
A pleasant interview with two managers of the office I'm applying for. They were casual but informative, and answered my questions well with a good sense of humor. I definitely walked away with a positive exerience.
Did two back to back 30 minute interviews seemed like it went well then I was told I would hear next steps in 3 days and heard nothing they went complete ghost, would have at least appreciated a rejection.
