I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CohnReznick (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2011
Interview
Firm's interview process is usually with 4 people and takes up most of the day, including lunch or a coffee break in between (depends on interview time) with current associates, which is a more relaxed, informal setting relative to the formal interviews. Formal interviews for the most part were in a more conversational tone, with questions emphasizing more on personality, and possible fit in firm culture.

Question 1
Most difficult technical question for my interview as an experienced staff, was on my general approach on procedures regarding risk assessment.
Spoke to multiple people, managers and partners. All super nice! Very conversational. Did not prep too much and it went fine. Asked about current position and woes with current job. And talked a lot about work life balance. I ended up staying where I was at though because I got a raise after saying what CR would pay.
Friendly Interviewers with fairly easy questions. General personality questions and why public accounting and why choose CohnReznick. The interviewers asked pretty broad questions and nothing too out of the ordinary. Having questions in mind helps.
