Screening interview was formal but not challenging then followed by exercise. First HR then you meet with analysts then you do an exercise that is not energy related. Then you discuss details of the market. It is more conversational not like a test.

Excel Test, Modelling Test, Technical round, Super day. Has a lot of steps to get to the internship. Is very difficult to get into. Recommend only if you have good modelling experience.
