Got in through campus recruitment. Had a total of three rounds including IQ test on analytical, logical reasoning and English vocabulary, technical skill and HR to test the soft skills. The panel was knowledgable on the topics covered, patient enough and was very supportive to break the nervousness among the candidates.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
