Interview
Get called from the recruiter and scheduled for an interview with 2 people (Managements) from Cognizant.
In short, maintenance jobs for an OLD ASP.NET web form application.
At first, I am curious why the manager keeps asking me are you comfortable with this project?
After that, I have found out you are the only ONE to maintain the project and deploy the client-side.
Since the project's nature and location are out of my interest, I have stopped the interview session.
First round was online assessment(general communication and other stuff) and second round was also an online assessment which was related to the tech stack(role applied for) then if we get selected there was an HR round.
The interview process was smooth and well organized. It started with an aptitude and technical test, followed by a technical interview where they asked questions on Java basics, OOP concepts, and SQL. The final round was an HR discussion focusing on my background, role expectations, and availability. Overall, the experience was professional and positive.

They mainly asked me about my Java basics and OOP concepts, especially the difference between abstract class and interface, and a few questions on SQL queries.

Interview
There were 2 panelists present and both of them took turn in asking questions. The first panelist was asking easier questions and was more friendly but the second panelist was more strict and demanding towards the end of the interview
