3 stage hiring process evaluates candidates using an Online Assessment for aptitude, a Technical Interview for problem-solving proficiency, and an HR Round to confirm cultural alignment and overall organizational fit.

Question 1
Can you explain the step-by-step journey of a data packet through the OSI layers
There were total four rounds.
1. Aptitude + Coding
2. Communication interview
3. Technical interview
4. HR interview
General aptitude was asked and coding round was of average difficulty. Then we were sent for the interviews after getting selected in the written test.

Question 1
In the first interview they asked about Unix and kernel etc and all about my resume.
Second interview was purely technical. Basics of C, CPP, DS, java was asked.
HR asked all the general HR questions in the last interview.
Aptitude, communication, technical, hr rounds are there in this hiring process. All three rounds are at average level of difficulty. So focus on more communication and networking based stuff. Then hr round is easy they just ask ate okay with relocation and salary and shifts

Interview
1st Round was the Communication Round, which was pretty easy.
The second Round was the Aptitude Round. I did pretty well, so I got to move on to the interview round.
So, for the GenC Role, they would mainly ask about Cloud and Network and things that you have mentioned in your resume.
