Recruited from Campus. Initial shortlist based on profiles submitted on their portal. Followed by 2 rounds of interviews. First round was with a senior management person. Questions to test knowledge of the industry, career goals and reason for applying. Followed by a HR interview to discuss location options, long term career goal, pay expectations.

The interview process is very easy for the new joiner. Based on the communication and language skills they select. The bgv and joining process were too much pain, it’s a big process. But you can finish it on your own
