I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Bengaluru) in Sept 2017
Interview
I attended CTS interview in 9th September 2017 at in Bangalore which was scheduled through a third party consultancy for the permanent position with CTS.
Though it was said that scheduled one, many candidates came , so it was looking like a walk-in interview.
There were 3 rounds of interview. 2 technical rounds and a hr round.
In the first round, the interview very good, asked very good technical questions, challenging to my skill sets. He was happy with discussion. Took around 45 mins.
In the 2nd round , it was taken by a senior manager who was very much interested in project activities and the stretch work that I have done. He was also very happy with the round. Took around 30 min.
3rd round was hr, it was a short discussion. Just a salary discussion.
HR confirmed my selection and received my offer letter on 19th September.

I applied online. I interviewed at Cognizant (Hyderābād) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interviewer asked most of the questions from resume and she doesn't even understand the difference between my previous employer and client also the interview should be more technical to Power BI but she revealed that she is looking for a person in Power apps. Question to Cognizant is why did they even conducted this interview when you are looking for other skills rather than Power BI which I clearly mentioned in the resume more over the technical questions should be asked based on experience the questions i was asked were not even basics and I expect to have asked more difficult questions in Power BI when I'm about to get hired. Loss on you.
