I must say one of the worst interview process i have ever encountered. The HRs treat interview folks as slaves and no respect or professional diligence in treating people. This was such a great company interms of HR policy once but now this has all gone to dust. Enough said, now about the interview - There were two rounds for webmethods professional. First level is they ask few basics and see if you are from webMethods as if we are faking that fact. Second level, it was telephonic and had to wait 3 hours before i could speak to someone for only 10 mins. The second level interviewer didn't have my resume with him and he was simply blind on what to ask. For the sake, he was throwing few questions and his verbal communication was very bad - it was difficult to understand what he wants to know. Simply disguisting. Later i came to know the interview was for only trading networks and all other webMethods profresional otger than TN were simply being rejected. If this is the case why shortlist resume in the first place! The Cognizant HRs are simply incapable and take any feedback. Despite HR round they wouldn't release the offer letter. And believe me, they wont pay as per industry standard as well.
I have joined through campus placement, 1st round is assessment with psuedo codes, english, aptitude questions. 2nd round is interview with technical persons then last round is HR. Then i got internship opportunity for 3months. If we clear that internship then we will get offer letter with in 20 -30 days.
I attended three rounds in the Cognizant interview process: Aptitude, Communication, and Technical rounds. The interview experience was smooth and professional. I successfully completed all rounds, but after the technical round, I did not receive any further update or email from the company Cognizant Technology Solutions

It was easy and good only three rounds hr assessment manager ops . Only good communication with proper knowledge is needed . Only this I can describe can't describe any thing more.
