Interview
Very smooth interview. Had 2 rounds. Mostly technical. Loved the knowledge of the guy who interviewed me. I was asked about my current role and responsibilities. Questions were also asked on SSIS, SQL, SSRS.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
