This was campus placement opportunity Firstly there was a online test with around 200 people from my college and other colleges were there too and in that 6 to 7 section of aptitude dsa oops and os and 1 coding question easy one If you have luck and you get shortlisted for next round then they will call all the selected students on the specific day and give 1 hour of Pre placement talk to students and it's okay they have given perfectly to understand But after that there will be group discussion it's literally a worst group discussion conducted by them no criteria no communication not even speaking few points it was more like a debate they dont see you they don't acknowledge the person who is speaking proper points God knows on what basis they are selecting and if you are having group discussion for a technical role then just understand the company is idiot in group discussion God knows on what basis the hr or whatever person is shortlisting students Even If i am speaking less but speaking good points not selected My friends were there they had given beautiful group discussion the unknown friends whom with they were giving gd were telling them, having gd with you was best but that person who was wished by others was not selected On what basis they are selecting no body on face on looks ? God knows what criteria they have
