Interviewers ask you to role-play a scenario but don't set it up or advise you as to what they are looking for. First, you apply online. Then, they send you pages of questions that you must answer in full detail. If you're lucky, you'll get a phone interview. Even luckier, you get called in for a computer test, a group interview, and then the role-play scenario.
My experience was negative not because I did not get the job but because the process is unfair with the role-play scenario. Each company has different culture, and there is no way you can know in advance what they are looking for.
