I interview for Python Architect and they offer me Data Analysists post offer a mere 15% hike on the current salary,expect to join within or less than 30 days. Hr told me the resion for Architect role minimum 10 year of exp required. Not ready to negotiate on salary even by a dime and shows attitude as if they are some demi-gods holding entire power of the universe. Unprofessional and not worth wasting your time on.
