I was interviewed for the company as a Senior Solutions Architect. I cleared the rounds and since I already had an offer they asked for the existing offer and it was provided. Since I had exited my present company, they mentioned I had to join their firm the next day after the offer had been released. I told them that I need a week's time after quitting my last firm. So they agreed and mentioned that my offer shall be rolled out after a week and then you shall join and I agreed. The offer never came after a week and when I enquired, they mentioned some other candidate had been provided the offer. I was literally shocked. The company which I was going to join was performing the BGV which needed to be completed to join their firm. So I was on a break after exiting my last firm. While the BGV was happening i.e. around 40 days from the last conversation with Coforge, Coforge called me again saying that they have another opening which I could join. I discussed what happened earlier and I do not need a statement of them backing off from the offer at the last minute again. They agreed and said there had to be another interview since this is under another manager. I agreed. The interview was with a manager and it went fine. I explained the experience with Coforge earlier. He was quite understanding overall. After the managerial round, they were mentioning they require a client interview. Now I asked them to either conduct the rounds within the same week if not I am going to join the other firm. They mentioned after the client round and releasing the offer, I need to send a mail to the other firm which I had Offer with that I am not joining them and include Coforge in the email. I reached the limit of my patience and mentioned no communication with other firms shall be shared with any other firm since it is confidential. It is also unprofessional to ask the same. They did not agree to it and it ended there. Overall extremely poor and very unprofessional experience from Coforge Note that there was no HR from Coforge coordinating the interview and the communication process, it was done by Agents of Naukri which was totally shocking for me. I wondered are there any HR in Coforge.
