Interview
It was smooth. There were 2 rounds of technical interviews one internal and one with the customer. Then some negotiation at HR round. They needed immediate joiner for their onsite role.

Interview
Interview process was just Random questions. Interviewer are not so knowledgeable they are just asking questions as if they are looking at interview questions site.
Some of the questions like Top 5 Business risk. Top 5 team handling risk, They were not sure what they want. I request senior management to please align senior guys with more knowledge and experience when you are taking interview for senior positions. I have also heard from many person that interview process are very slow.

Ever since inception, it started with IQ questionnaire. This is common across all levels of vacancies.
Followed by Managerial multiple type questions.
Third round was taken by HR to make them understand the differences of the certifications possessed by the candidate.
Followed by the technical rounds for the developer/lead level questions of the technology.
Final round was with senior project manager and he asked some scenario based questions based on PM processes.
