First of all ,i recieved a mail regarding the profile of manual testing.after 3 days i went for the walkin..i thought there would be around 50 candidate are coming, but once ireach dere, i saw more than 50 candidate atanding in a queue for gate entry...after goin inside i just shocked to seen around 300 people are sitting, when i ask the receptionist when will interview start ,she said" one pool is already gone for written test, you have to wait for sometime". Now the real trouble start after dat ,More candidate were came to join us to make crowd numbers around 500.when niit arrangment for second pool's written then too rush & panic created & d candidates who came very early didn't get the chance to go for written instead of that the people who are good in "first Pass the post" are able to get inside.We were told we have to wait only 20 mins so we all stand beside the entry Glass door..After 1 hr she " receptionist" said we have to wait only 5 min...after 20 min she open only one door..but due to heavy crowd outside d door & everyone wants to go inside,rush & panic create so glass just break . 3 candidate inculding myself were injured (2 boys & 1 girl). Though i wasn't that badly inujured but the small piece of glass stick in my hand.and this girl( i dont know her name) had a big cut in her hand. NIIT staff doesn't know how to handle this situation & they dont have even complete first aid kit,They only have 2 bandage & one half filled beta dyiene tube...All the crown gone mad , they all are blaming managment for this accident..After 1 hrs the hr came & tell us that u all give us ur CV & we'll get back to u further as this process takes around 6 8 hrs.. so my worst experience is dat i wait for around 3 hrs just to make myself injured. I dont even have the wriiten test & all i have was 2 bandage in my hand
