First round will be Online Assessment Round : Puzzle Questions Only
Second round will be Technical Round : I gave for Angular JS Technology so the interview was average.
Third Round will be Managerial Round : Normal Work Process Questions
The selection process is not majorly focused on Technical aspects. If you are lucky you will get the offer.

I applied from naukri.com, got interview call from one of their hr team of niit technologies. First they asked to give cat which was 36 questions, half an hour time was given for this. After that we have to wait for 5 hr for 20 min interview with a less technical person
