Interview
The process was quite lengthy. It involved a take-home assignment that took 4 hours to complete. A tech screening was thrown into the process where the interviewee is expected to write a program on-the-spot. It seemed a bit over the top for a curriculum development position. There's a strong company focus on knowing code syntax rather than learning theory and overall computer science concepts.
