The interview process begins with a phone screening, then an interview with a manager, and then a long day interview with multiple people at the organization. The final interview is a pretty long day, but they build in one break

Interview
I was asked to complete a task without any previous conversations or 1:1 interviews. The task seemed out of the scope of the advertised job position, which raised a red flag immediately. Once I submitted the answer to the task, I received an automated message that I was rejected. The email came from no reply address so I could not reach back and ask for feedback.

The interview process was 5 phases over a couple of months including one “virtual on site” at the end and an assignment. It ended with a generic rejection email which was extremely disappointing
