The interview process was well-organized, and the interview was conducted by a Design chief of Code Theorem who were knowledgeable about UI/UX design and asked insightful questions. They successfully evaluated my proficiency, expertise, and compatibility with the organizational values and work environment.

1. Can you describe your design process from start to finish? 2. How do you approach a new design project? 3. Can you share an example of a particularly challenging project you worked on and how you overcame the challenges? 4. How do you ensure that the design meets the client's requirements? And When a client says: “I don’t like this design.” What do you do? 5. How do you stay up-to-date with the latest design trends? 6. How do you collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers? 7. How do you prioritize design features and functionality to ensure the best user experience? 8. What does the term ‘design-thinking’ mean to you? 9. What type of work environment do you prefer?

After applying through LinkedIn, they will ask you to do a task ( which may or may not be of their client, which you will be doing for them for free) . After submitting the task the won't even bother to revert you about reviewing the task. Not even professional enough to send a mail that you are not selected even after asking about the follow back.

A UI design task for a landing page with reference website.
The test tasks shared with the candidates are created by our design experts with the objective to understand the candidate's knowledge and experience in the field of design. We respect and value our client's confidentiality and we believe sharing clients' work as test tasks is unethical. The hiring process remains the same for everyone. Every candidate receives their confirmation/rejection mail based on their work in the test tasks and overall interview.
