After submitting my resume, I got an email asking if I could come in for an in-person interview. I asked for a phone call first, which went very well. The founder and CEO was on the call, and I thought we hit it off. I was then asked to come in for an interview the following week. When I arrived, it seemed like they had completely forgotten about it, and I was hastily interviewed for about 10 minutes by another designer, then was told I would hear back in a week. I never heard back, and my follow-up email with the founder went unanswered. I see that even 3 months later, the job posting is still up, so I'm not sure what their motives are.
