Interview Process : It was very smooth. They connected with me virtually with the help of google meet. It was 3 round process. 1st phase was telephonic and Last round was HR Calling. Interviewers was very open minded and always try to let us feel free to give our honest and pressure free interviews. It was great experience.
Onboarding and Induction meeting Process: Our TL introduce each team members virtually and explain the company profile and team members too. I enjoyed it and did the face to face interaction with each other. Almost all the team members are very cool and i feel like a family.
Our TL and All the staffs guided me when i was in trouble and solved the problem. I recommended Codaemon to my friends who is interested to switch the job.
