Interview
Just be yourself. The interview is laid back. He will probably test you a little bit about some basic roofing knowledge. I’d say it was a pretty relaxed interview and more of a conversation
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked if I knew the order of operations to tear off and install a new roof

Interview
The process consisted of a two way video interview and a personality test. Due to the content of the interview questions, I didn't have a proper chance to demonstrate how I would be a good fit for this role. The interview moved fast into the part where I ask questions myself about the company and role, and the bulk of the interview ended up being spent in this portion, which I found awkward for multiple reasons. It was then revealed to me a personality test was next, and I was assured the personality test wouldn't affect my ability to move forward, but I find it odd that only after submitting my results was I told with the interview and test in mind that I would not be considered any further. If he didn't like my answers in the interview or how I composed myself, why not just end the process for me there instead of making me do a half hour long personality test in addition?

I replied to there add online, within a day I got a phone call to come in and sit down with the HR and go over the job description. I came in the next day and sat down with Kirsten and went over some questions she had and gave my info so she could do a background check and made sure my licenses were valid. I got a call 2 days later and was brought in to be hired.
