Phone interview lasted about 40 minutes with the manager. It was very conversational and I received a thorough overview of the job duties.
In-person interview consisted of meeting with 3 current employees, all of whom have worked there less than 1 year. One of the employees spoke negatively about their current clients. Another said there are no projects to work on, although managers spoke about the many projects the position would work on. Employees mentioned email is not accessible outside of work to maintain work/life balance.
Then you meet with the two managers. Very casual/conversational. No trick questions.
