Group interview with just about everyone there. Everyone is too busy to attend, so they are poorly prepared. They just ask some questions to get you talking and fill out a survey afterwards. Just focus on being likeable.

3 steps interview. Mostly situational based questions. Also invluded behavioral, mathematical and deductive tests. First one with HR, second with hiring manager, last one with hiring manager, Director and senior HR.

I had just two steps interview: first one with the recruiter which asked general questions, reasons of selecting the company and salary expectation. Second interview was with the hiring manager. Few questions but nothing difficult. They were very professional and overall the experience was pleasant.

Odd series of one off questions that seemed more of quiz than interview. Very little discussion of culture, products, job functions and skills. Focus was on scripted questions and answers with little interactive discussion. For a one hour interview, just a couple of minutes allowed for questions before they started the next interview.
