No follow up phone call, no courtesy email. This has never happened to me; and as a highly recognized agency. I can only surmise that this is an individuals short comings and not the organization as a whole. As for myself, I would warn others to be careful working for any organization that would treat prospective candidates in such a manner. Definitely a 2020 type of mentality.
